Feel weightless lying in a hammock on the front porch enveloped in lush greenery. From its reliable wood floors and restored fireplaces to its country decor and calm colors, every room of this stately home is brimming with southern charm and elegance. Guests staying in the Flowertown Suite will feel at home when entering this suite. The suite provides guests with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The full bathroom has its own private nook off of the living room. This nook is a private space off the living room; however, it does not have a door. Your suite is located on the ground level of the main house. You have a private entrance into your suite, with no shared spaces - it's all yours! Once you enter your suite, you'll see your own private sitting room, complete with a 50 inch LED TV, 2 extremely comfortable couches and and a small writing / working desk. The doorway ahead will take you to a huge bedroom with 15 foot ceilings. Your bedroom has a King size bed consisting of a coil wrapped spring core and a gel infused memory foam for the ultimate sleeping experience. In addition, you have a 50 inch LED TV (cable), wardrobe cabinet and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a small fridge, toaster, microwave, and Keurig Brewer with assorted K-Cups. Just before you reach the bedroom, on your left is a private bathroom that includes; cast iron claw foot tub/shower combo, and a double vanity. Included in your stay are the following amenities; plush bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and a hair dryer. Shared outdoor spaces include a classic large southern front porch with 2 sitting areas. We're always available by phone, text or email. Our family loves to travel - so depending on our schedule you may communicate with us, or our property manager (Innkeeper) Lauren - who is super friendly and works to ensure all of your travel expectations are surpassed! The suite is one block from the shops, restaurants, parks, and cafes of Main Street in historic downtown Summerville. There's also a nearby shopping center with movie theatres. Charleston is a 35-minute drive away. Looking to book a stay with a same day checkin? Message us with your trip details, # of guests, requested dates & arrival time. We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches.
