The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Historic loft with its own kayak

Spend the night in an extraordinary industrial landmark in Leipzig: the 97 m² gallery loft extends over two levels and impresses with almost six-metre-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. Right on the waterfront, it combines historic industrial architecture with modern living comfort. A highlight is the private boat mooring. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-seater kayak, which is available for a small extra charge.

The evening can be spent relaxing by the fire pit. Leipzig and Halle can be reached in 30–40 minutes.

The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop oven, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the pointed floor, well thought-out lighting concept. Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can reach Lake Cospuden, Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Störmtal in a few minutes. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.
