Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

House with garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city centre (tram every 10 min, stop virtually on the doorstep). It is about 20 minutes by car to the city centre, and about 30 minutes by train or bike. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out bed. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
