The birds will cheerfully chirp you awake early in the morning, and the forest lake beckons the brave for their morning dip (12-minute walk). You'll spend the whole day sitting on the terrace, watching nature come to life, building campfires, and relaxing—perhaps letting the many experiences you've had sink in. Since civilisation is 2.5 km (1.5 miles) away, you should go shopping properly beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

"Wellness- Apartment" with sauna !

Approximately 40 square meter, clean and bright apartment with kitchenette, living area and separate sleeping area. Very nice, bright bathroom with shower and toilet and integrated 2-person sauna (Klafs). Ideal for relaxing after walks in the cold season. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has its own separate entrance. The landlords live in the same building. The apartment has a closed parking space. Bicycles can be safely parked in the yard. Hip surroundings.

Vacation home "Zum Reihereck"

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

The new and lovingly furnished 61 m² apartment welcomes you in the heart of the Saale-Unstrut-Triasland Nature Park! Nature and exercise lovers can relax and find relaxation while hiking and cycling. In the warmer season, you can enjoy the wine region on the Weiße Elster. Whether solo adventurers or couples (with and without children) - everyone is welcome in our "little paradise"! The in-house infrared sauna is at your disposal!

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.

Vacation home on Lake Hain

Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This property leaves nothing to be desired and scores, among other things, with a pool, a sauna incl. outdoor shower, as well as a fireplace and covered outdoor kitchen. You can end the evening comfortably in the hanging bed and watch the stars.
