In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Der Schuppen XIII ist genau das Richtige für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern und Hund, die gerne in der Sonne frühstücken. Das Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche & der Wohnbereich mit offener, kleiner & sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche sind sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Die erhöhte Terrasse ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet & durch einen Strandkorb & die Glasbedachung vor Regen geschützt & sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist ca 35 qm groß, wirkt aber durch die zusätzliche ca 12 qm Terrasse viel großzügiger.

Cozy apartment for two

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Style meets coziness

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
