Ausflüge an die Nordseeküste, in einen der Sielorte oder die Städte Norden, Aurich oder Emden sind mit dem Auto schnell umzusetzen.

Everything you need is in close proximity: - Beach with dog beach 15-minute walk - Groceries in the directly adjacent Edeka, - Wellness in the village (5-minute walk) - Children's playground in sight (from the cold winter garden) The fenced outdoor area has been newly created.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

Dune castles right on the beach

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Experience maritime charm and modern comfort in a stylish holiday apartment in the listed office building from 1880, directly at the Neuharlingersiel fishing port. Enjoy the fantastic view over the harbor to the island of Spiekeroog, a custom-made sauna, comfortable box spring beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment offers an open living/dining area, two cozy bedrooms and a modern shower room - perfect for a relaxing break at the north sea!

The apartment "Spinnaker," furnished with attention to detail over two floors, is ideal for your vacation with friends, family or for two friendly families, couples. On 82 square meters, there are four bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each in the attic), a modern bathroom with shower as well as a separate toilet and the light-flooded living-dining area for up to 8 people. The large balcony invites you to linger.

The listed "Soltau'sche Buchdruckerei" was extensively renovated in 2015. Now it houses your luxurious apartment on the first floor. Look forward to a relaxing holiday in this great ambience. A spacious living room with kitchen, two separate bedrooms with double bed, a large bathroom with infrared sauna and another shower room are spread over 85 square meters. Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! We look forward to welcoming you as guests!

A sauna and a fireplace stove ensure comfort and relaxation even on cold days.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
