In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. The holiday home was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association.

Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

Der offene Wohnbereich mit großer Küche, 3 Zimmern mit TV & 2 Bäder mit Dusche, sind für 4-6 Personen gut aufgeteilt. Die schöne Terrasse & der Gemeinschaftsgarten haben eine Südwestausrichtung. Das moderne Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage ist auch für Sportler gut geeignet.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Die im Erdgeschoss liegende 2 Raum Ferienwohnung Lachmöwe by DeJu in Norderney ist ca. 43 qm groß, verfügt über eine private Terrasse (ca. 10 qm) und liegt direkt am Weststrand. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert. Glasfaseranschluss.

Unsere kleine Unterkunft lädt zum Entspannen ein und dazu, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Besonderheit ist, dass zur Wohnung ein See gehört in dem man Angeln und Schwimmen kann. Diesen teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern der Hauses, so dass man auch schnell Anschluss zu den lokalen Nachbarn findet, falls man das möchte. Der Ortskern von Norden befindet sich 800m entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man durch eine Straße mit abwechslungsreichen Restaurants.

This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.

The duplex apartment has a bright living room on the ground floor with a south-east orientation and a wide view of the garden and surrounding fields. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms available: with a single bed, two single beds, and a double bed for children. A modern shower room and an additional toilet add to the comfort. Historical sliding windows let in light and air, the tiled stove in the decorated niche creates cosy warmth.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland!
