Guests can enjoy the entire flat which includes a large open plan living-dining area with two south-facing windows overlooking the Port of Nice and the Castle Hill. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy access, public transportation takes you to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
