You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just 1 min from Jean-Medecin tram stop line 2, giving easy access from the airport. Train station is just 9 minutes walk away. Close to the main shopping areas, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. A lovely cinema is just around the corner. The apartment has very high ceilings, wooden floors, large windows opening onto a balcony of a typical niçoise building, double glazing The apartment has 4 A/C units.

You will spend a pleasant stay in the heart of Nice in the Carre d'or district, close to the Promenade des Anglais, in my freshly renovated apartment with new double glazed soundproofed windows and freshly painted in November 2025. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 6 travelers. It has three double beds. Air conditioning, ironing set, hair dryer and washing machine are included. Sheets and towels will be provided. Facing the sea, our beautiful 66 m2 apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. It is located on the 8th and top floor with elevator in a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

The studio consists of a new 160x200 bed and you will find all the necessary equipment for the kitchen and to facilitate your well-being. —- no check-in after 8 p.m. for the key exchange —

A secret gem perched on the highest Old Town building ON A STEEP HILL WITHOUT A LIFT a few minutes from Cours Saleya, Place Massena and the sea. Bright and full of light. A large, sun-drenched balcony with the most amazing sea and city views. Perfect as a romantic hideaway, or a creative retreat, or simply for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas. DO NOT book if you have mobility issues or health issues or you are not reasonably fit!!
