Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

It has an open kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and separate WC. Its ideal geolocation will allow you to explore the city entirely on foot. Various shops are nearby.
