L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

My accommodation is close to Monaco (with all its great restaurants and attractions, five minutes walk from the Stadium) and the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Ail, with a lot of family-friendly activities such as gorgeous walks by the sea, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. The apartment has an exceptional view and you will appreciate it for comfort and cleanliness. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

Large Mediterranean market 10 minutes north and beach 15 minutes south. Welcome, I will welcome you personally and I could, if you wish, give you indications about the city or the surroundings. You will find plans and all the good plans corresponding to your stay.

You will enjoy a luminous living-room overlooking a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Fancy some rest? Why not chill in the bathtub of my spacious bathroom, or sip a nice cup of tea on my calm and flowery balcony, or simply enjoy the A/C in both the living-room and the bedroom? Just make yourself at home in my comfy home :-)

A kitchen area is available on the ground floor of the cottage in addition to the breakfast area upstairs where you will find food and drink for two mornings We know the area well and can advise you on walks, swimming in the river, lake and sea...
