Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

We warmly welcome you to our idyllically located vacation home. A newly renovated accommodation with lovingly furnished rooms, two modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen awaits you. Our vacation home is wonderfully suitable for up to 6 people (+ baby cribs), e.g. also for family gatherings as well as for motorcyclists, cyclists and hikers and all those who want to treat themselves to a break.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
