Köpenick-Müggelspree vacation home

Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Our bungalow (27 sqm) with own garden for private use in Berlin-Müggelheim OT Spreewiesen, between forest, water and the Europaradweg. You live in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's only rowing ferry that translates you (on the WE's & holidays) to the old fishing village of Rahnsdorf. Within walking distance is the beach on the small Müggelsee and the restaurants on the water Neu Helgoland with ferry connection and Trattoria Di Mare with adjacent boat rental Waterlounge Pets are not allowed.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Our cozy, quiet basement room with bathroom is perfect for vacationers, expats and city refugees looking for a place that is within walking distance of both bus & train and forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.
