The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The extensively renovated apartment is centrally located on a busy main road (40km/h zone). A soundproofing system was installed, which significantly minimizes traffic noise. The property has extensive green areas and invites you to linger in summer. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
