A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Welcome to our 80 square metre 2-room apartment on the 1st floor. The living room includes a kitchen, dining table and living area. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for children. An additional children's bed (120x60cm) will be set up on request. Good transport links to the airport and motorway via the adjacent expressway.

Cozy simple sleeping place in the new bedroom and bathroom. Currently without a kitchen The bus stop is about 100 meters away. And it's also just a few minutes' walk to the new surf park. The apartment is located in a commercial area. My neighbors are craft businesses. Therefore, it can occasionally be noisy from 7 am.
