This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Our apt (90sqm / 1.000sqft) is in a 1893 historical building with 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 triple), 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and living room. Centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin's most beautiful area, in a quiet street with nice restaurants, cafés and lots of green! Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, is the residence of the former mill. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used for the production of flour and animal feed until 1994. Today there are artists' studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building Our holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
