Habita un espacio verde e iluminado, lleno de plantas, libros y arte popular mexicano, en un edificio de 1920, premiado como proyecto de restauración arquitectónica. El loft tiene dos pisos, una cama doble, un sofá cama, baño y cocina completos. Esta ubicado en la colonia Juarez en el limite con las colonias Condesa y Roma y a distancia peatonal del centro histórico de la ciudad. Una calle muy segura y apacible. Y sobre la aclamada panadería Rosseta para un excelente desayuno! El apartamento es un loft dentro de un edificio de 1920, premiado como proyecto de restauración arquitectónica. Tiene mucha luz natural y ventilación y doble altura que amplifica la sensación del espacio. Cuenta con amplios corredores de acceso los que permiten transitar el edificio restaurado y con una rea de lavado de ropa. La acera del edificio esta equipada como espacio publico con un area ajardinada y bancas. Hay velador en el edificio las 24 horas, el cual sirve de apoyo en caso de alguna necesidad. El edificio está ubicado a distancia caminable del Centro Histórico, el bosque de Chapultepec, Reforma y los conocidos barrios Condesa y Roma. Además, está cerca de estaciones de los principales medios de transporte público. A tres cuadras de la estación de metro de insurgentes, dos cuadras del metrobus y media cuadra del sitio de taxis Niza. Zona muy bien cubierta por uber. El estacionamiento es en la calle, o en la manzana se encuentran dos estacionamientos públicos. Habrá una persona en la propiedad disponible en caso necesario
