Tranquilo y bien iluminado departamento. Se encuentra en el 3er piso, dispone de elevador. Tiene por vista las copas de los árboles de la calle. Es una calle tranquila con casas históricas y mucho arbolado de muy poco tráfico. El departamento es térmico ,calientito cuando hace frío y fresco cuando hace calor. Muy bien ventilado. Está a 2 cuadras de La Condesa. Aunque en Escandón hay una enorme oferta de cantinas, cafés y restaurantes. En la esquina hay una miscelánea 24hrs a precios reducidos.
