BIG BALCONY There's a BIG window that opens from side to side that gives you access to comfy balcony with a hammock. It's great to chill and watch humming birds come for a drink. KITCHEN and MEAL The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook and feel at home: Brand new Cutlery, water and wine glasses, plates in all sizes, pitcher, stove, microwave, regular oven, cleaning utensils and more. There are 4 places to enjoy meals or coffee: - Main table - Small table in balcony - On the couch by the T.V. - Table in Roof Top SOFT BEDSHEETS Our soft bed sheets have been carefully selected and you will find and array of pillows such as thick, thin, hypo allergenic, memory foam and/or feathered pillows so that you can have a great night sleep. KING BED There's one King Bed in the main bedroom and one Sofa that turns into a bed in the living room. TV + NETFLIX INCLUDED Our smart TV's are connected to the internet and include a Netflix account for you to enjoy while covered with Soft TV blankets. BICYCLES There are plenty of bike services all around the area. You can easily access their app and enjoy them at really low cost. On Sundays, there's a bicycle circuit that starts right outside our home. Streets are closed so it's a great and safe activity. CLEANING SERVICE If you book 3 days ir more, one cleaning service every 3 days goes on us. :) CLOTHES CLEANING SERVICES AND CONVENIENCE STORE A couple steps from our door step there's a clothes cleaning facility with Dry cleaning offering same day service. There's a 24 hour convenience store down the street. DESIGNED FOR AIRBNB I built and designed these spaces with my wife as we just remodeled our home. The place has been created to offer a delicious experience and it’s brand new. There's a shared Roof Garden that has a table with chairs as well as a couple of sun-beds. This area is sun lit all day long. Great for: - sun tanning - work meetings - exterior breakfast - Amazing for roof top dinners also. You'll find all that you need in the kitchen. We (myself, wife and baby) live underneath in our house and love to meet new people. Although we work a lot and everything is set for you to have a pleasant problem-free experience, if you ever need anything we are more than happy to help out and of course if we have some free time we'd love to get to meet you! The loft is in La Escandon, a great neighborhood that's walking distance to parks, coffee shops, markets, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, libraries, and public transportation. It's one block from a private hospital. Metrobus (trolley-styled) is a couple of streets away. A Metro station is also very near. Walking distance from tons of cool, amazing places. 2 bicycles are included free of charge Eco Bici (bicycle rental) station around the corner

Apreciarás lo acogedor de este alegre y luminoso departamento, con la madera y el vidrio como elementos centrales en su diseño, acentuados por sus paredes de concreto y su balcón. El estilo bohemio de su decoración cautiva desde el primer momento. Debido al Coronavirus, estamos tomando precauciones adicionales para desinfectar las superficies en especial las que se tocan con más frecuencia entre reservaciones. La llegada es fácil y autónoma. Un Departamento comodo y acogedor, totalmente nuevo. Con todo lo necesario para una estadia de vacaciones, trabajo, fin de semana o hasta un mes. Perfecto para 3 personas con 1 habitación y 1 baño. La Habitación cuenta con una cama queen size y en la sala con un comodo sofá cama. El departamento cuenta con un Roof Garden ideal para hacer una Barbacoa y disfrutar de la espectacular vista del Bosque y Castillo de Chapultepec así como Reforma. La decoración del departamento y los muebles son espectaculares y cuenta comodidades para unas vacaciones increíbles. Tiene una cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar para cocinar aquí. el balcon es grande y refleja amplitud, ya que va de esquina a esquina en todo el departamento y cuenta con mesitas y sillas para disfrutar de una tarde. El departamento se encuentra en un primer piso. Las áreas comunes son maravillosas, el edificio cuenta con un Roof Garden, donde pueden hacer asados, barbacoas y contemplar el Bosque, Castillo de Chapultepec y la Av. Reforma en un atardecer. Podrás encontrar todos los electrodomésticos que necesites: estufa, microondas, cafetera, lavadora, secadora, TV, WIFI. El edificio es muy seguro, tienes un área restringida para entrar y cuenta con vigilancia las 24 horas. Hay una tienda de conveniencia y un supermercado a media cuadra del edificio. También puedes encontrar una frutería y una tienda orgánica a 3 cuadras. Les doy independencia a mis huéspedes, pero estoy disponible si me necesitan. Con mucho gusto estaré disponible para lo que los huéspedes me necesiten, sea recomendaciones en la ciudad, hasta ayudarles a armar algún tour por nuestro hermoso país y asi mismo cuentan con mi numero de celular para localizarme a cualquier hora. La Condesa es una zona muy agradable, tanto para caminar tranquilamente como para andar en bicicleta, en ella encontrarás y podrás apreciar sus espacios verdes, boutiques, cafés, restaurantes, bares y clubs nocturnos. Hay una tienda de conveniencia y un supermercado a media cuadra. Disfruta de esta zona rica en gastronomía y cultura Mexicana. El departamento tiene una excelente ubicacion ya que a cuadras se encuentra el paradero principal "Chapultepec" donde esta el metro y diferentes buses para ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad, tambien hay punto de "ecobicis" muy cerca por si prefieren recorrer la ciudad en bicis. We care about providing the best quality materials to make your stay very comfortable. Heater or fan available. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Colonia Hipodromo Condesa. There is wi-fi and fast internet. Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. A full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas stove / oven. In the lower part of the building there is a laundry. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. It is charming, safe, full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. It is a 2-minute walk to Parque México and convenient for public transportation. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

Super comfty beds. I'm a big coffee lover so there's always good coffee in the place. You will have complete private access to the entire apartment, which is fully equipped with high quality furniture, everything you need to cook, eat and drink. For entertainment there is a 48" Smart TV with Netflix, and a variety of books. There is also a laundry room inside the apartment with washer and a dryer. I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, etc. The neighborhood is teaming with life 24/7, with little taquerias, a homemade beer shop, and a market nearby. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station on the corner, a Metrobus station (Campeche) 2 blocks away and a metro station (Chilpancingo) just 10 minutes away. Feel free to water the plants once a week

Nowadays is the trendiest place in the city full of bars, restaurants, markets, art galleries and parks. The appartment is two blocks away from its main street, Alvaro Obregon where the night scene is. . Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a New, clean and comfy appartment in La Roma. Beautiful flat equipped with everything you need for a great stay in Mexico City. It is located in the heart of the trendy Roma neighborhood, blocks away from the noisy night scene so you can rest peacefully. It´s on a second floor with street view and big windows that open up fully. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Big closets with a safety box for your important documents and enough space for your clothes and suitcases. The living room has a double size sofa bed with bed linen on so you can fold it out and go to sleep. There´s also a second full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your morning coffee there´s an Italian coffee maker and delicious blend from Chiapas. If you want to do laundry, there´s a washing machine and a dryer. At the beautiful shared roof garden you can have some spare time with a good book and a glass of wine surrounded by a nice view of the neighborhood. . Bask in the tranquility that this rear-facing apartment in a picturesque historic building delivers. Take in the wonderful local artwork and décor throughout. The modern interior is charming and bright, offering a skylight and two balconies. No elevator. The property is in a historic building however the apartment is fully updated including a complete makeover of the kitchen and bathroom, maintaining the charm and style of the building. This rear facing unit on the top floor is quiet and calm. Skylight and 2 balconies provide natural light. Because of the age of the property, there's no operating lift. King-size bed, washing dryer machine; dishwasher; security box; Mac computer; Bose speakers dock for iPhone; coffee maker; microwave; electric kettle. And new, faster internet service. I live in the area. I will be available to meet guests and welcome them at their arrival, and available throughout their stay for any questions or recommendations. Bohemian, artsy, and eclectic are common descriptors of the Roma Norte, but it's also leafy, residential, and almost European in flavour.
