Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

It inhabits a green and illuminated space, full of plants, books and Mexican folk art, in a building from 1920, awarded as an architectural restoration project. The loft has two floors, a double bed, a sofa bed bed, full bathroom bathroom and kitchen. It is located in Colonia Juarez on the edge with the colonies Condesa and Roma and at a pedestrian distance from the historic center of the city. A very safe and peaceful street. And about the acclaimed Rosseta bakery for an excellent breakfast! The apartment is a loft inside a 1920 building, awarded as an architectural restoration project. It has lots of natural light and ventilation and double height that amplifies the feeling of space. It has wide access corridors that allow you to pass through the renovated building and a laundry area. The sidewalk of the building is equipped as a public space with a landscaped area and benches. There is a 24-hour watchman in the building, which serves as a support in case of any need. The building is located at walking distance from the Historic Center, the forest of Chapultepec, Reforma and the well-known Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. In addition, it is close to stations of the main means of public transport. Three blocks from the insurgent subway station, two blocks from the metro bus and half a block from the Niza taxi stand. Area very well covered by uber. Parking is street parking, or two public parking lots are located on the block. There will be one person on the property available if needed

Lighting, comfort and location are some of the advantages of this apartment. It is located on Calle Veracruz, in the middle of the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods, the most vibrant in the city. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, a TV room with a sofa bed, a new and equipped kitchen, WiFi, a dining room, a bathroom, and a roof garden overlooking Reforma and Chapultepec. The best restaurants, parks, galleries, shopping and tourist and cultural attractions are in the area. The excellent location and communication routes, in addition to the well-lit spaces make it a very pleasant place. Located two blocks from Metro Chapultepec and several public transportation lines.
