The village of Barlin is a very nice place to vacation with horses and a playground. Forest and lakes are close. We former Berliners live next door as a family.

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Relax in this special and quiet space. In a secluded location next to our farm, you will find a very cozy apartment here, in which a large family with grandma and grandpa also feel comfortable. Likewise, two families with children have space to let off steam in the adjacent playground. Our pets, the dwarf dachshund Paule, the dog Jule as well as a few chickens will surely meet you on the farm. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Winter special: Ice bathing in the swimming pond with a water temperature of 2 degrees 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort.
