Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

Our holiday home is near Greifswald. It is a 220 m² holiday home, directly on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have access to a rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location by the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed.
