The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The apartment is right in the middle of the city center, opposite the theater, 200 meters from the thermal spa and the Christmas market. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It can therefore accommodate 6 people.

The beautiful villa "Shangrila", which is in mint condition, is situated in Naturno / Naturns and overlooks the nearby mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
