The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

Peeneblick Rankwitz vacation home - 80 sqm

The apartment with 80m² is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The house has been completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. * Other listings can also be booked for the other apartment on the ground floor (100m² for 6 pers. + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 WE).

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit of a big Tini house, and it was once a small stable, the outer walls of which are also preserved, until almost 80 years ago. Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modern and has underfloor heating. It is very important to mention the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed to sleep in... if this is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...
