The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The 45 m² vacation home is equipped with a double bed, flat-screen TV, a kitchenette including a stove and a bathroom. The house has a terrace in the courtyard. It is part of the Usedom townhouse, which looks back on a long history. The building has been lovingly restored. It has two floors, in the lower one there is the kitchen and a small living area. On the upper floor is the bedroom with TV and the bathroom with a bathtub.

It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here.
