In two fish restaurants you can enjoy local fish specialties, fresh on the table or cover yourself for home from the in-house smokehouse with all kinds of fresh and salt water. From here you can easily explore the inspiring side of the island of Usedom by bike on the Feininger bike path. Here you will find small swimming beaches along the Peenestrom and Achterwasser, away from the wild hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. For cyclists, anglers and water sports enthusiasts, the sunniest island is a memorable experience. Here you will find plenty of space in unobstructed nature - the large garden in front of the house and barn invites you to be inspired by the tranquility in the sun or in the shade under one of the numerous apple trees and recharge your batteries.

At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

In front of the house you can end the mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. The area invites you to hike and cycle. The nearest swimming area (on the Achterwasser) is about 3 km away. The Baltic Sea beach in Ückeritz can be reached after about 7 km.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.
