It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

This sun-drenched one-bedroom apartment is located on the top corner of the historic Globe Mills. Originally built in 1921, the former wool mill was converted into luxury apartments in 2006. Atop its perch, sweeping views to the east and south flood the apartment with natural light. Surrounded by trees, the apartment is walking distance to The Factory Theatre, Enmore Theatre, and the hustle and bustle of Newtown. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio. The stairs between these spaces are open. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in an old and slightly tatty flat on top of a studio and interacting with our community.
