It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Atop its perch, sweeping views to the east and south flood the apartment with natural light. Surrounded by trees, the apartment is walking distance to The Factory Theatre, Enmore Theatre, and the hustle and bustle of Newtown.
