Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The 55 m² apartment is located on a side street, has a comfortable double bed 180 x 200 cm + sofa bed in the living room, private terrace, bathroom with walk-in shower, TV with Firestick, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer, home office spaces. Centrally located accommodation, 5-minute walk to the town center, shopping, restaurants and breakfast cafes. By public transport, for example, SAP Arena, National Theater, Rose Garden. By car Heidelberg (Bergstrasse), Bad Dürkheim (Weinstrasse).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤
