Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town
Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything ( washing machine, Wi-Fi...) which is needed for a cozy stay. It is located in a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From organic store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office....everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be borrowed) you are in 10 min. on the Rhine o.Badesee. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min.) in 14 minutes. Bus line/train station Neckarau (7 min walk).

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, on the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops of daily needs as well as the stops are about 500 m away from the front door. Nearby there are a few restaurants and bakeries. The city centre of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)
