Peaceful and central accommodation with a garden as your own oasis. City center and central station reachable in 5 min, beach in 12 min by bicycle. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement floor with sauna, billiards and relaxation. One bedroom (family bed and 2 sofa beds that are made into double beds). One bathroom and one toilet. Pool available April–October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for basic maintenance of the garden and pool, as well as watering the flowers. The house cat, Chilli, is also present.

Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance.
