Nice house, free parking and close to buses

The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gyms (inside and out), café, football fields and frisbee golf! A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Happy and welcoming hosts are waiting for you!

Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

When you stay here you will have the house for yourselves. A few rooms are private though. It IS included: Floor 2: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. Floor 1: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5m) with table, chairs, umbrella & barbecue. 600m to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200m to city bus stop 1.

The house is newly renovated with complete kitchen and bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom with two beds and possibility to hang your clothes. Living room with sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. TV and broadband. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking and dining for 6 people. New renovated house outside Vellinge. Very good strategic location. Close to Malmö/Hyllie (8 km) Ljunghusen/Skanör\Falsterbos white wonderful beaches (15 mins). Öresundsbron/Malmö (10min) and Copenhagen (30min), Österlen (about 45min). Perfect for excursions in the area or work trip. Modern, homey, cozy place with all the comforts! A harmonious house to be taken care of! All new August 2022! Lovely large wooden deck with pergola, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc. Secluded and cozy garden facing south.

Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.
