Apartment in basement with good light and newly renovated bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). In a few square meters, we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken advantage of every square meter. Accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen city center takes 28 minutes by train.

Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
