The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

A magical experience in the middle of nature. This round red cedar yurt is tucked away on a sunny hill in the forest. In the evening you will be treated to the sun that sets over the Mookerheide, to be admired from your private deck terrace. Sleep under a large dome roof with all facilities in the house. A characterful place, unique in the Netherlands. Here you quickly feel at home and you will find the tranquility you are looking for. The perfect setting for romantic moments and mindful enjoyment. Ideal for hikers.

Quiet, cosy B&B with private sauna and hot tub

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Volop genieten van het vrije buitenleven én de gezelligheid van de stad, dat kan in ons Vogeltjesbos. Vanaf hier kun je eindeloos wandelen door het bos en de omgeving verkennen, bijvoorbeeld richting de heuvels bij Groesbeek. En met de fiets of de bus (halte om de hoek) ben je zo in het gezellige centrum van Nijmegen, met leuke eetcafés, winkels en musea. We grenzen aan diverse wandel-, fiets- en mountainbikeroutes, zoals de Walk of Wisdom: een pelgrimsroute van 136 kilometer rond Nijmegen.

The Lidl is 5 minutes away. The Hatertse Vennen are within walking distance of the house. More need for the coziness of the center? In 20 minutes, you can reach the city center of Nijmegen by car. The Goffert, the Radboud UMC and the CWZ , are 15 minutes away. Relax and slow down in this beautiful, stylish space.

Overasselt: Self-contained 3-room apartment(75M2) in nature

Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and hiking trails, directly on the Maas(dike) and near the Overasselt fens area. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The amenities are new and well cared for (the apartment was realized in June 2020 and only opened as an (air)B&B since then).

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Peace, space, enjoyment with a view of the water

The house is fully equipped and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cosy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of football or badminton!
