In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. The 55 square meters are furnished with many unique details, offering a secluded retreat. The holiday home is not wheelchair accessible and pets are not allowed. I offer guided hikes, herb workshops, and other activities at the adjacent herb farm. Tourist tax is payable in cash.

We offer our small apartment in bungalow style on our property in tranquil Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It is a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Our bungalow is located on the edge of the forest and within walking distance of Grünefelder See. But Berlin could also be reached by train in about 15 minutes.
