Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Farm shops with fresh fruit,vegetables and specialties from the region invite you to shop. .

Poolside and beach

Quiet apartment in a small complex with a heated swimming pool (26 °C) and sauna, surrounded by the most beautiful nature not far from the beach. Bed linen can be booked for a fee, the pool is equipped with a counter-current system and can be used free of charge from 8 am to 10 pm. The sauna is available for a fee. Two barbecue areas and covered seats on the playground and sunbathing lawn are available to guests.

Modern holiday apartment on the Kastanienhof Oetzen

We completely renovated and furnished the "Schwalbennest" vacation apartment in 2020. Modern amenities meet stylish furnishings in modern country style on 53 m². The apartment has a separate double bedroom and a large living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. There is room for 2 adults and a baby/toddler. Another person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

In our apartment you will find everything to really relax. On our large roof terrace is a jacuzzi with fantastic views. You can really relax in one of the two bathrooms in our sauna. And in the evening they can make it really cozy with the flickering fireplace of the gas fireplace.
