ELLA construction trailer in the Mecklenburg Lake District

Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Sun lounger, view of the wide field, red sunsets, campfire... Anyone who associates these words with vacation will surely have a great time with us.

Wunderschön nun zu Herbstanfang! Seit zwei Jahren ist die Restaurierung meines wunderschönen Zirkuswagens abgeschlossen und er freut sich auf nette Gäste. Es sind 3 km bis zur Ostsee, die Wiese wird mit zwei relaxten Schafen geteilt und nebenan gibt es Hühner ohne lautem Hahn. Das Kompostklo ist der Hit. Kühlschrank, Trampolin und Feuerstelle werden teilweise gemeinsam mit der Gast-Familie genutzt. Der Kühlschrank befindet sich draussen. Nutzung zweier Fahrräder ist gegen Aufpreis möglich.

Description We, the Kenkel family, have been living in the old mansion from 1938 since 2006, which was built by Frl. Paula Rath was built as a farmhouse for the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2 hectare farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20km east of Rostock and 30km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a ca. 600ha large The 3 ca 150qm gr. We provide parking spaces for caravans, etc.

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

A large, old three-sided farm in the middle of the countryside, one hectare of natural garden, a small lake, a jetty.... And at the very end of the property you can see our old-timer caravan. ... flocks of swallows and the concert of frogs, a sea of flowers and a wildflower meadow, beautiful views of the hilly landscape ... and lots of peace and quiet! You can spend a very relaxing time here in the middle of nature. Not much happens here, but what does happen is wonderful.

NEW: with porch, hot water The "AbHänger" (approx. 20 m2) is located on our small Courtyard behind the barn, in a meadow under trees. A beautiful bathroom is just a few steps away. Depending on the situation, you will be greeted by Oskar the rooster, Leon our friendly but stormy Briard or Gismo the cat, chickens usually run freely on the premises. Donkeys and goats graze on the adjacent pasture. Here, everyone can lose themselves in peace, just being here in this place.

Whether you're just passing through, or want to stay longer, you've come to the right place. Two well-maintained bathrooms are at your disposal, unfortunately currently still without hot water. The Dosse is a 2-minute walk away and the area invites you to take long walks. Your dogs are allowed free of charge.

Meine Gäste sprechen z.b: vom "einzigartigen Erlebnis", vom "liebevoll ausgebauten Bauwagen" und dem "tollem Flair" in "großartiger Umgebung". Ich sage: Es gibt kein WLAN! Welcome to our 2nd lovingly furnished construction trailer "Kurt Karlsson". It stands on an apple meadow with views of ponies. It has a huge, great terrace with large fridge (&icebox), table, chairs, a cozy beach chair and amazing views!! In front of it is a pallet sofa with pads and pillows. In the construction trailer there is a 1.4x2m bed and above it a second bed, although also in 1.4x2m, but this is intended and made for children(!).

Wir bieten Euch unseren mit viel Liebe ausgebauten Campervan für ein paar schöne Tage am Mechower See an. Ihr habt vor Ort die Möglichkeit eine Holzsauna mit Ofen zu buchen. Euch steht eine Außendusche (kaltes Wasser) und eine Trockentrenntoilette zur Verfügung. Auf der anderen Straßenseite habt ihr einen kleinen Zugang zum Mechower See , den Ihr fast für Euch alleine habt. Bei Bedarf könnt Ihr unseren Hofladen nutzen :)
