Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.
