It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Aldi is about 300 meters away.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

The Studio Apartment is the perfect decision for vacationers who like to have it more individual. The terraces offer opportunities to relax. The pretty cottage with an open roof truss has a gallery inside, which serves as a sleeping area and can be comfortably used by three people. From this sleeping gallery, you can enter a spacious balcony where you can chill and have a great view over the entire resort.

This newly renovated 1.5-room apartment with balcony is located in the middle of Potsdam-Babelsberg. Shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. From the apartment, you can reach the city center of Potsdam in about 10 minutes by public transport. The S-Bahn station Babelsberg is also a less than 10-minute walk away. From there, there is a direct connection to Berlin with the S7.

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are directly in the green courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table to eat, chat, play table tennis or have an after-work beer. In winter, the action then moves to the conservatory and the fireplace.

Time out at Lake Schwielowsee – bungalow with lake view

The bungalow is located on a clearing in the forest with direct views of Lake Schwielow. It impresses with an open modern room concept and the exclusivity of the location. In the countryside and yet close to Potsdam and Berlin. We offer two SUPs that can be used free of charge on request and subject to availability.
