In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Beautiful island apartment on the 2nd floor with large terrace with electric awning and great lake view. Very well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. High-quality stereo system from B&O. Modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity to the marina. When passing through the Gerberschanze, you reach the lake in approx. 2 minutes for swimming. Close to many nice cafes and restaurants.

Enclosed apartment with its own enclosed bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd floor of our house. On the 1st floor and on the ground floor, my wife and I have our premises. Please note: To access your Airbnb apartment, you will use a shared house entrance with us and our premises will also pass through our premises on the ground floor. If you want to use one of the 2 terraces, you can also reach them through our living room on the ground floor.

You are living in a very charming residence with blending refined elements of the past with stylish and modern features. The building is situated right in the old town on the island of Lindau. Very calm due to location on the backyard side, museums, market place, churches, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The port and the train station is only at 3 minutes walk.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
