At Kempten in the Allgäu in the middle of nature stands our about 500 years old country house. The house is listed as a monument, was built by a knight at the time and is supposed to be located in a place of power. In a quiet location, surrounded by lush meadows, forests and the beautiful Niedersonthofener See, you can experience life on an organic farmer's farm. The farmhouse is about 230 years old and offers space for 2-6 people in quaint and traditionally furnished holiday apartments. On the playground (swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox) as well as in the play city, children have wonderful opportunities to romp. In front of the door, hiking trails and Lake Baee invite you to activity or recreation.

-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

Seemomente Apartment directly on Lake Constance

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the lake shore and is available to our guests again after our own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skater court as well as the possibility to SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

Cosy cottage at the lake of Constance

Located 70 m to the lake and 200 m to the next beach, the Casa Calvin offers 90 sqm space, including a huge living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an amazing garden and a fireplace. The cozy house is modernly equipped and very spacious. If needed (if you are more than 7 people) you can rent the adjacent granny- flat for additional 2 people on top with about 25 sqm. The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.

With our vacation home «beija-flor» we have fulfilled our dream of living on the water and André, architect by profession, was finally able to realize our own project. We bought the house in 2023 and then lovingly renovated and with a lot of our own. The name is inspired by our last big trip to Brazil, and it says, “hummingbird,” which kisses the flowers.
