At Kempten in the Allgäu in the middle of nature stands our about 500 years old country house. The house is listed as a monument, was built by a knight at the time and is supposed to be located in a place of power. Just over an hour from Zurich, a beautiful recently renovated single house chalet situated on the piste allowing you to ski-in/ski-out. Large open plan living space with fire and garden. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fantastic location, stunning views. Walkable distance to a mountain lake where you can swim. 5 mins to horse riding and 5 mins to restaurants. In unserem 500 Jahre alten Bauernhaus wird Tradition großgeschrieben, diese spiegelt sich in unseren ruhigen und gemütlichen Zimmern wieder. Natürlich gibt es auch eine Kochmöglichkeit in unserer Gemeinschaftsküche. Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. -Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
