This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Neben einer Gaszentralheizung kann man auch den grossen Kaminofen anfeuern und auch auf dem, mit Holz zu befeuernden, Herd kochen. Im Sommer halten wir in unserem schönen Blumen , Obst und Gemüsegarten eine grosse Liegewiese, eine BBQ Feuerschale mit Grillring und einem grossen Essplatz mit Sonnenschirm für Euch bereit. Wenn es mal regnet haben wir auch eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse mit Panoramafenster.

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price.
