The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and, if necessary, a baby cot. Free parking is available

You'll find tram lines (M8, M13, 16, 21) nearby, connecting you to the Ringbahn, U5, Friedrichshain (10 min), Alexanderplatz (20 min), and HBF (30 min). U5 takes you directly to Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, Brandenburg Gate, and the Bundestag. Within a 5-minute walk, there are 2 REWE, Lidl, and Aldi. The Dongxuan Center is a 10-minute stroll away. Hello and welcome! You can look forward to two bright, modernly furnished rooms in my large apartment, just about a 2-minute walk from Lichtenberg station. From there, you have excellent access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Alexanderplatz is only about 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Friedrichstraße, the main train station, and many sights are also directly along the route. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby — ideal for exploring Berlin comfortably and with ease.
