Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Loft (45 sqm) with terrace, Rummelsburger Bucht

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Apartment by the park near the water

Lovingly designed apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in a quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the centre. In 20 minutes, you'll be on Alexanderplatz with the Open House. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet housing estate in the middle of Berlin. House Prerow is a one-room apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

Heavenly Dreams - Cozy and Relaxing

35 sqm studio on top floor of rear building, featuring a 1.80x2.00 m double bed and a 1.40x2.00 m sofa bed. Private bathroom, kitchenette with stovetop, toaster, kettle, dining table, and chairs. Access to outdoor terrace and 250 Mbit Wi-Fi. 30 minutes to BER airport and main train station, 10 minutes to Ostkreuz and U5 “sightseeing line” (Main Station, Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Alexanderplatz). Free street parking. No smoking, alcohol, or drug use allowed on the property.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world and will make our guests' stay pleasant. If you wish to stay longer, just ask.

Die Berliner Übernachtungssteuer (Citytax) von 7,5% des Übernachtungspreises ist bereits enthalten.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Loft in the old factory

We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is part of a 3 units DIY hostel (2 studios and 1 apartment) in the heart of Berlin Lichtenberg. The rooms were formally typical East German car garages and are becoming much rare objects.
