A reserved parking space is available, and if you'd like, an enclosed and covered bicycle area can also be provided.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lugano, bathed in sunlight. A 180° view enchants the guests. In 15 minutes you can reach the lake and the center on a footpath. It is 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and the city center. The 65 square meter apartment consists of a large living room with a balcony facing the lake. Magnificent view also from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. We have fon for every room! The bus stop right outside the house to famous Bellagio.swimming just below,with restaurant and pizza.there is 5very good restaurants here! My accommodation is near town centre, in a very quiet location. It is 15 minutes far by car from Como centre and 20 minutes by car from the amazing Bellagio. There are a lot of walks into the wild and outstanding beaches on the lake. You’ll like this apartment because of its privacy and its breathtaking view. It’s suitable for all people, like couples, lonely people, families (with children) and pet friends!
