Es werden Eur 3,00 pP/Nacht ab 15Jahre Kurtaxe berechnet. 1 Hund erlaubt wenn er angemeldet wird f 20Eur p Nacht.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

In summer, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air on long hikes to the unique mountain lakes and the nearby alpine pastures. If you need more action, grab your mountain bike and race downhill towards the valley. It is also an ideal starting point for motorcyclists to take beautiful tours.

This lovingly renovated old-building apartment offers an unforgettable, unobstructed mountain view from its south-facing balcony—with the Alpspitze, Waxensteine and Zugspitze right before your eyes. Hiking and cycling routes, as well as ski resorts, start right on the doorstep, and Lake Eibsee can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus stop approx. 200 m away. In bad weather: large smart TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. I’m sure you’ll love my home country.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour.
