Of course, parking, Wi-Fi is free. To the town center/beginners' ski area 500 m, to the free bus 120 m, to the train station 500 m. Surrounded by meadows, enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. New!!! Since May May 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². This is where alpine charm meets modern comfort. The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitze massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

ON THE SAME LEVEL AS THE MOUNTAINS. Ready to take off? This first-floor apartment is an experience through and through, starting with entering via the balcony overlooking the Sonnenspitze. 130 m2 of airy living space with a white fir exposed roof truss and gallery open up. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with a cooking island – for quality time with friends and conscious relaxation in the here and now.

Holiday home Wex

Experience real Tyrolean flair in our over 100-year-old farmhouse. Look forward to 4 cozy bedrooms (3 of them with their own vanity), a rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet and a garden with terrace and barbecue. In summer, our alpacas often graze right next to the garden. Sleeps 8 people. Bed linen and towels included. Pets by arrangement. Plus local tax on site (see below for details).

Welcome to Haus Montana The house Montana consists of ten individually furnished apartments for 2-5 persons with a lot of love. The apartments are equipped with a balcony, TV and fully equipped kitchen. If this apartment does not fully meet your needs, please also inform yourself about our other apartments. Eur 3.00 pP/night from 15years of tourist tax will be charged. 1 dog allowed if registered for 20 euros per night.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake.
