Greetings from God at Apart Marie-Therese in Umhausen. Our house has three wonderfully, modernly equipped apartments that are excellent with 4 nobility. Each apartment has a double bedroom with its own bathroom, spacious kitchenette, living area and balcony with mountain views. So we have space for 14 people. In summer, we have great excursions and attractions with the Ötztal Inside Summer Card, which is included and is valid from the 2nd day of vacation.

New!!! Since 23 May 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². Here, alpine charm meets modern comforts. The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitz massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb.
