In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

In the living room of the house, you have a TV and a fireplace, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs is a small and a large bedroom. Each of them has a TV.

Our cottage is located in the holiday region "Scharmützelsee". The house is about 6 km away from the Scharmützelsee and the center of Bad Saarow. Our well-equipped, detached holiday home is therefore ideal for exploring the surrounding area and nearby Berlin. Our guests can of course use the garden. A seating area and barbecue area are available.
