The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town of Volga, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakers, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (Usedombäder, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot is the old port with museum ship, fishing cart, canoe station, shipyard, berths, boat rental and a boat equipment provider. We have 2 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. Shopping is a 10-minute walk away.
