Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Unsere Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen guten Komfort. Die Fußböden und Bäder wurden in 2025 saniert, so dass nun alles sehr pflegeleicht ist. Die EG-Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten, der Kindern und ggf. einem wohlerzogenen Hund Auslauf bietet. in ca. 100 m Entfernung befindet sich ein neuer Spielplatz, auch zwei urige Fischgaststätten in der Nähe sind bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Außenjalousine ausgestattet.
